Problem
The existing layout wasted space and lighting, and the finishes felt dated and difficult to maintain.
Design
We simplified geometry, improved lighting layers, and selected durable stone + warm wood to balance minimalism and comfort.
Execution
Weekly progress updates and a field-level punchlist kept quality consistent. Specialty tile work was sequenced to avoid rework.
Outcome
A bathroom that feels serene and elevated—built to last and easy to live with.
